Our Story
At Logentic, we're crafting the next-generation Warehouse Management System (WMS). 4 years ago, we launched our own eCommerce logistics company to service Shopify brands in a different way.
We quickly noticed that existing software solutions lacked the focus we radically believed we needed—a radical focus on the shopper experience and working backwards from there. Not only that, but existing solutions had antiquated user experiences from the early 2000s and were highly deficient in customizing and personalizing the fulfillment experience, which are key components for a brand to grow and retain their shoppers.
That's why we decided to craft our own.
Today, after 4 years of meticulously building modern technology that supported our own fulfillment operations (1m+ packages shipped), we are delighted to bring our solution to market and help thousands of Canadian Shopify brands power exceptional fulfillment experiences.
